The choice of the shipping company, shipping costs, and delivery times depend on the destination country and the total weight of your package.

Shipping Cost Calculation


The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated by the shop system in the shopping cart and at checkout based on your delivery country, the chosen shipping service provider, and the package weight.

The final shipping costs and available service providers will be displayed to you before completing the order at checkout and may vary depending on the type of product, quantity, and destination country.

We deliver to all EU countries as well as selected international destinations.

Shipping service provider:


We work with various shipping service providers. The shipping service providers available for your country will be displayed to you during the payment process:

  • Poczta Polska
  • InPost
  • DHL
  • DPD

  • FedEx

Delivery times:


The delivery time depends on the shipping service provider, destination country, and current order volume.

Please note that once we have handed over the packages to the shipping service provider, we have no influence on the transport time.

Package Tracking


Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for package tracking via email.

Special Conditions for Bulky Goods or Pallet Shipping


For particularly large or heavy orders, we may contact you to arrange suitable shipping.

Customs and Duties


If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional duties, taxes, or fees may apply. Please check in advance with your relevant customs or tax authorities regarding any potential additional costs.

Returns & Exchanges


The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the buyer. The package can be returned using the shipping service provider of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with a tracking number.

Please note that a return must be registered with us in advance. You can request the return via email.

Additional information for returns from a non-EU country


Please note that returns from a non-EU country must be declared as returns. If the return is only accepted upon payment of a fee due to incorrect labeling, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or deduct the incurred costs from the refund amount.
