1 Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between OpsGearSupply sp. z o.o., based in Poland (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), and its customers through the online shop www.opsgearsupply.com to be concluded.
2 Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the buyer submits the order in the online shop and the seller accepts it by sending an order confirmation via email.
3 Prices and Payment
All prices are in the currency shown in the shop. Prices include statutory value-added tax (if applicable) and exclude shipping costs. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.
4 Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly guaranteed.
5 Right of Withdrawal

6 Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty provisions according to the Polish Civil Code apply. Liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence.
7 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is made.
8 Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of Poland. Details are regulated in the Privacy Policy of the shop.
9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Polish law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the seller's location in Poland.
10 Miscellaneous
If any individual provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
