Business customers

OpsGearSupply offers commercial customers attractive purchasing terms and tailored support. Please note the following information and requirements for activating your dealer access:

Registration and Activation

• Your dealer account must be activated by our team. A customer account with a registered VAT number alone is not sufficient.

• For activation, we require proof of your commercial activity (e.g., business registration, company register excerpt, etc.).

Ordering and account details

• Minimum order value per order:100 € net (plus shipping)

• There is no minimum order quantity per item – you can order flexibly as needed. Volume discounts are configured in our system and applied automatically.

• If you, as a business customer, also wish to have a private customer account (without minimum order value), please use different email addresses for each – your individual price view is linked to your email.

Shipping & Delivery Times

• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, delivery country, and the chosen carrier, and will be clearly stated at the time of order acceptance.

• Delivery times are displayed directly in the shop for most items. If this is not possible in individual cases, you will receive the expected delivery date at the latest during order processing.
