Cancellation policy for consumers

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (OpsGearSupply sp. z o.o., [Address], [Email], [Phone Number]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for the examination of their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
