Nylcot, also known as French Linen, is a heavy cotton-polyamide blend fabric consisting of 57% cotton and 43% polyamide. The densely woven material offers a grippy, tooth-friendly surface as well as extremely high tear and abrasion resistance. The fabric is ideal for sewing and repairing Mondioring suits, bite sleeves, leg guards, bite pillows, and dog tugs for professional dog sports.

This heavyweight fabric sold by the meter delivers the exact material quality that working dog handlers, K9 units, and dog sport competitors rely on daily.

  • Tooth-Friendly & Genuine: Unlike cheap polyester blend fabrics that can wear down tooth enamel like sandpaper, original Nylcot (cotton/polyamide) is extremely gentle on teeth and jaws. The dog's teeth penetrate cleanly into the dense weave without causing unnecessary friction on enamel or irritating the gums.

  • Solid Grip & Drive Building: The high-traction texture gives the dog a deep, non-slip bite feeling ("Full Grip"). This builds confidence and ensures calm, clean bite work during training.

  • Maximum Tear & Abrasion Resistance: The combination of heavy cotton yarn and high-tenacity polyamide prevents quick bite-throughs, fraying, or tearing.

Delivery: Sold by the running meter at a full fabric width of 140 cm (max. roll length 25 m).
